Copyright – Our copyright lawyers are steeped in copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We have counseled clients on buying domain names and resolving domain name disputes under the act. We successfully tried a case preventing eBay from stopping our client in using the Perfume Bay mark.
