症状∶
女性 > 男性
Burning, tingling, cramping, or sharp pain frequently radiates to toes
Pain is worse in shoes, especially in high heels
Feel as “walking on a wrinkle in their sock or something is inside the ball of the foot”

治疗∶
Conservative: wider shoes (宽的鞋子), met pads, strapping, crest pads, orthotics (特制鞋垫), cortisone injection (可体松针), anti-inflammatory medication (消炎止痛药)
手术: 神经瘤切除
