GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION:

All our vehicles come 85-90% assembled so that they may be shipped easily and conveniently across state or country. Our products are carefully packaged in crates and require some simple assembly. There is absolutely no mechanical assembly needed, so don’t worry about wiring or engine work. If electrical connection is required, it’s only in the form of simple plug-ins. Tuning is also fairly simple and can be done either with a screwdriver or by hand in most cases. Most vehicles can be assembled in a time frame of 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on model and experience of the builder. Although assembly is simple, we recommend you have a certified automotive or motorcycle technician complete your assembly.

ADVATV.com always attempts to display our products as accurately as possible. The features and colors of the products shown on our website may vary slightly depending on your computer and monitor, as well as manufacturer’s updated versions on models. Any changes would only be slight, and specifications would remain the same. We keep a large inventory of our products so usually we are able to fulfill your first color choice. However, we request that you submit 3 color choices just in case your first choice is out of stock, and we will ship the item to you according to your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices, in that order, depending on availability.

We believe all our products are great and definitely fun in any color, but we also understand our customers’ concerns in preference.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

The following Waiver of Liability is a legal and binding contract, executed in the county of Los Angeles in the State of California.

By purchasing any items from this company, I, as buyer, acknowledge and agree to be above 18 years orf age or are the parent of a child under the age of 18 years. I, as buyer, acknowledge and understand that riding an all-terrain-vehicle (ATV), dirt bike, go kart, motorcycle, moped, pocket bike or gas scooter is a dangerous activity that requires strenuous exercise and various degrees of skill and experience for individual riders. I, as buyer, understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the rider and damages to property and voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding the vehicles advertised or shown by Advanced ATV Motorbike Inc. I, as buyer, am aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with the specific use of these vehicles as well as the fact that the inherent risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury and disability increase with inexperienced riders. I, as buyer, agree to release and forever discharge Advanced ATV Motorbike Inc. or its parent company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to your participation or use of these vehicles, use of equipment or property supplied by Advanced ATV Motorbike Inc. or its parent company or your presence upon the premises, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, manufacturer or distributor. By this Agreement, it is my intention as buyer, to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal rights to seek damages from Advanced ATV Motorbike Inc. or its parent company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This Agreement shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. I, as buyer, hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I, as buyer, have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all of the above Terms and Conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this Agreement and the effects of the same. I, as buyer, am aware that by purchasing this item(s) and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk, and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I, as buyer, therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my child’s activities with any items purchased from Advanced ATV Motorbike Inc.

LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS:

I, as buyer, agree to inspect my vehicle to be sure all nuts, bolts and chains are tight and the vehicle is safe for operations. I, as buyer, agree to wear a helmet and protective gear when riding. I, as buyer, acknowledge that it is my responsibility, to ascertain and obey all local, state and federal laws in regards to the possession and use of any items purchased from Advanced ATV Motorbike Inc. and its parent company. I, as buyer, will not ride in areas in prohibited by local, state, and federal laws nor use the product if prohibited by these laws within the State that the buyer resides and lives. Advanced ATV Motorbike Inc. and its parent company will not be liable for the misuse of any products purchased from Advanced ATV Motorbike Inc. and its parent company or any of its distributors or agents. I, as buyer, have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I, as buyer, am giving up substantial rights by agreeing to this waiver and have bought the item(s) freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance or guarantee being made to me. My purchase is to be considered as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

One of our technicians on staff will promptly review and reply to your question within 24-48 hours. Minor problems with quick and easy solutions may be answered through e-mail, other problems that may require a little more assistance will require our technicians to call and assist you over the phone.

MSO REQUEST:

A Manufacture Statement of Origin (MSO) is a certificate used to help provide proof of ownership and registration of the vehicle. Not all customers request an MSO, but it is necessary in the registration process. Although most of our products can be registered, not all vehicles on our website are street legal or can be registered in all 50 states. Please refer to your local DMV for more information and proper procedures prior to purchase. We charge a $45 documentation fee to prepare each MSO certificate (if your state requires your MSO to be notarized, that will cost an additional $10 per notary). The documentation process can generally take 5-7 business days to process, although we have often done it in less time. If you would like your MSO sent via “overnight service” there is an additional $30 charge.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

Eligibility for lost or damaged shipment reimbursement claims can only be made with the purchase of shipping insurance at the time of order. For orders with shipping insurance, please make sure to fully inspect the product before signing or accepting the package. If there are any minor or cosmetic damages (fairings, plastics, etc.) accept the package and report to ADVATV.com within 3 days. Do not assemble the product or vehicle or it will no longer be valid under shipping insurance. Send us a photo and we will quickly send you a replacement part. If there is serious or structural damage beyond the point of repair, refuse delivery and let us know so that we can assist you with a quick replacement unit at no charge!

ADVATV.com only works with reliable and responsible shippers and trucking companies. To date, we have never experienced a lost shipment and rarely experience damaged shipments. However, accidents do happen! And in order to cover all bases, and provide the BEST Customer Service online, we have provided this section to our customers. Be assured that Team Advanced will always try our best to make sure you have a pleasant online shopping experience.
